Preaching the Kingdom of God

Jesus gave very clear instructions to his disciples and sent them out to 'preach the kingdom of God' (Luke 9 verse 2) following his own example of 'preaching the good news of the Kingdom' in Galilee. (Matthew 4 verse 23).

One of the signs of the end of this age He says would be "This Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come" (Matthew 24 verse 14).

Jesus commissioning is very clear, "Go into the whole world and preach the good news to all creation" (Mark 16 verse 15). The disciples did just that and the work continues to this day in 2024 through modern day disciples of Jesus Christ, of which I am one!

I started at the age of 12 and will continue to do so until He calls me home.

In my simple understanding that means: Honouring Jesus as the King, learning how to enter God's Kingdom (being born again), understanding the Kingdom (parables - over 13 in the Gospels), praying for His Kingdom to come, seeking first His Kingdom and demonstrating the power of his Kingly rule in lives through leading people in repentance from sin, praying for the sick to be healed and casting out demons.

Dunamis Fire is committed to teaching the importance of Preaching the Kingdom based on the Bible and expecting that God will confirm His Word with accompanying signs (Mark 16 verse 20).

This may be with a few or with thousands- Jesus did both, and we follow in his footsteps.
